Please enter your information in the form named“Email to recipient”: Name/Affiliation. You’ll get a receipt with these information.

All participants must pay registration fees according to the following schedule:

  • Regular Deadline: September 21, 2013
  • Late Deadline: October 8, 2013
  • On-site registration payments are acceptable during the conference in Cash Only.

For On-Site Presenters, the regular registration is US$665, the late registration is US$695, the on-site registration is US$725;

For Virtual Presenters, the regular registration is US$485, the late registration is US$585.

Registration fees cannot be refunded if notice of cancellation is received after October 15, 2013.

Please note: The registration fees are refundable less a ten percent (10%) processing charge if notice of cancellation is received on or before September 28, 2013, or less a twenty percent (20%) processing charge if notice of cancellation is received on or before October 12, 2013.

The registration payment covers:

1). All the scientific program during the conference;

2). Conference program and abstract book (PDF for virtual);

3). Welcome banquet on October 20.

4). Lunches, coffee breaks and dinners on October 21-23 (on-site only);

5). Lunches, Dinners and social events on October 24 (on-site only);

6). A day excursion on October 24  (on-site only).
